Residence Piscadera's fully furnished apartments are rented out in increments of 3 months and more. One month deposit is required.
Utilities, Services and Amenities
Utilities (electricity, water, use of air conditioning, internet) and turnover tax are charged separately. A prepaid card telephone system is available in each apartment. Telephone cards can be obtained in many locations such as gas stations and supermarkets. Neither maid, laundry or cleaning service is included in the rent. Maid service can be arranged if requested. Payment of the rent for the first month plus the deposit, as well as a duly signed rental contract are required 30 days in advance to reserve space. Subsequent payments of the monthly rent are to be made in advance, without any deduction or compensation whatsoever. Invoices for the utilities are due upon receipt. All cost related to payments and transfers are for the tenant.
Payments can only be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Space is only considered to be reserved upon the timely receipt of the appropriate payment.
